[How to manage Creative Cloud for teams]
[Female] Hello, and welcome to a short video on managing your Creative Cloud
for teams subscription.
To purchase Creative Cloud for teams from your reseller,
you'll need to join a new buying program from Adobe called Value Incentive Plan,
or VIP.
Once you've joined, you'll use the VIP admin console
to add seats and manage your Creative Cloud for teams subscription.
The VIP admin console is an intuitive, easy-to-use web portal
where you can quickly add Creative Cloud seats,
assign or transfer those seats to other users,
and monitor their storage.
In this video, we'll walk you through how to join VIP,
manage your subscription, and monitor your team's storage.
First, let's show you how to join the VIP program.
As a customer, you will receive an email from your reseller
inviting you to enroll in VIP.
Once you've received the invitation
and accept the VIP terms and conditions,
you will be assigned a VIP number.
This VIP number will also be sent to your reseller.
It's important to note that at the time of acceptance,
your anniversary date is established.
This is the date by which all of your Creative Cloud subscriptions will be renewed each year.
The great thing about the anniversary date is that the cost
of any additional seats added during your term
is prorated, and subscriptions co-terminate at the same time.
[How to purchase and manage Creative Cloud for Teams]
Now that you've joined the VIP program, you're ready to add seats and manage
your team's Creative Cloud subscription.
To start, log into the admin console from the VIP welcome page.
The first thing you will do is add seats.
Note that you can also have your reseller do this on your behalf
if that's what you prefer.
After adding seats, the next step is to authorize your reseller
to place the order on your behalf.
Once this is done, you're ready to assign seats
to your specific users.
Assigning seats is simple.
To invite a user, just enter their email address,
click Invite User, and enter their name.
Feel free to include a personal message if you like.
To save time, you can also invite multiple users.
As an admin, you have the ability to see which users
have accepted the invitation.
Your users will receive the email invitation
and will need to accept it in order to start using the Creative Cloud.
You can also easily reassign this seat to a new user
if someone leaves your organization or when a new team member joins.
This is particularly helpful when project teams
frequently expand or decrease.
Another key benefit is the ability to add additional admins
to help manage your Creative Cloud subscription.
Admins do not count against your total number of purchased seats,
although you're welcome to assign your admins a Creative Cloud seat if you like.
The last thing you can do with the admin console is monitor your team's storage.

Each use is allocated 100 gigabytes of cloud-based storage.
To track how much each user has utilized,
simply monitor the bar next to their name.
