[St] [Collaboration with Adobe Story Plus]
[Male] Adobe Story gives you excellent facilities
for sharing your work, and in fact, there's a couple of ways of doing it.
Right now I'm looking at a script, in the process of editing it.
I'm writing some amazing stuff, or so I hope.
And you'll notice down at the very bottom of the screen
I've got this option that at the moment is saying "Unshared Document."
And if I click on this, I can then click on "Share with More,"
and I can type in an email address for a person I want to share with.
Now, in this case, I'm just sharing the individual document,
and I could type in, for example, here I've got myself set up with a couple of email addresses.
These are going to be Adobe IDs.
These are your logins for Adobe.com,
the same as you'd use for your own version of Adobe Story.
And I can specify if this other person is going to be just a reader,
someone who can put comments into the script,
and a co-author is someone who can make changes just like the original author.
You can have as many collaborators as you like added to
an individual document this way, but it is an individual document.
I'm going to cancel out of this, and I'm going to go back to the Projects panel.
I've got my project selected over on the left,
and all I have to do is click the Share button at the top right here.
Now, I can type in the email address for anybody that I want to
have access to this script, and as long as they've got an Adobe ID
they can log in at story.adobe.com, whether or not they've got
the full Adobe Story Plus version, and they can act as a co-author,
a reviewer, or a reader.
Now, I've already got the email address I want to share with here,
and if I want to I can tick the box to send an email notification,
so whoever that user is they're going to be told "Hey, by the way,
click this link, and you're going to have access to a script,"
or in this case, a whole project.
I'm going to click OK, and that user has access to this project.
I'm going to tab over to copy a Firefox I've got running here
where I'm logged in as John Adobe.
Here we go, "Hi, John" at the top.
I'm going to click on this little envelope icon at the very top,
and this is telling me "Hey, by the way, Maxim Jego has shared a project with you,"
Discovering Adobe Story, as it would be.
I'm going to click Accept.
This will take a moment to come up, and there we are.
I've now got all of the items associated with this project.
You don't have to do this piece by piece.
You can do it based on whole projects.
