and this allows them to access the financial market.
So whether it's to trade forex, commodities, or stock indices,
they can do this with our range of derivatives products.
Our products are quite complicated. They're not very easy to understand.
Our products are also leveraged, so there's an element of risk.
This also means we're heavily regulated
by the Financial Conduct Authority. So we're extremely restricted in what we can say in any kind of promotion. We're trying to get prospects or new clients to fill out an application form online. That's our conversion. Then they fall into our CRM system. They become new clients. So they go through and speak to our new business team, who onboard them. So at IG we use Experience Manager. We use it to add tags to our IG.com websites. So that's actually 15— now 16 websites in as many different markets. The challenges we were faced with were the same across search and social. It's quite a task, managing manual bidding. This is very time-consuming. So I think we were looking for a tool that would enable us to do this more efficiently and also save us some time. We selected Adobe Media Optimizer to manage paid search and paid social. And we also go with Adobe Analytics. This enables us to run our search and social campaigns far more efficiently, saves us hours and hours of work every day. And when it came to social, with our objective of driving mobile downloads, we actually saw the cost per download decrease by 50%, compared from manual bidding to using the portfolio bidding. Using Adobe Media Optimizer is a great experience. It allows us to organize our campaigns into the portfolio structure. We can put everything together and look at a holistic view. We've expanded into a lot of new markets over the past few years at IG. We wouldn't have had the resources to manage those markets properly. I think the main thing I tell colleagues about Adobe would be, they do have great customer service. Our account management team, they always go beyond the call of duty. We always feel like they're looking out for us. [Adobe]
