Using Adobe Marketing Cloud, they were able to boost online merchant sales by tens of millions of dollars annually. To empower each of their main business groups to build their businesses, Rakuten chose to standardize on Adobe Marketing Cloud, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Social solutions. Working with Adobe solutions, Rakuten has enabled data-driven improvements for web pages, increased conversions and sales, and reduced time spent analyzing and making business recommendations from several months to a few days.
