Here's a really cool "Table Trick" in FrameMaker 11. You have the ability to make a Table Style "remember" a different paragraph style for each column in the first row of header rows or body rows. Why not add some automatic text (paragraph prefix) to those "remembered" paragraph styles? This technique allows you to insert a table with 2 mouse clicks, and have your header row automatically filled in with the text you desire.
