Adobe® Captivate® lets you format objects across a project. Every project has common objects such as Text Captions. Using Object Styles you can set properties for the selected object and save them as an Object Style.
Record slides in any of the automatic modes, Adobe® Captivate® adds the required objects depending on the preference set for the mode. Descriptions of the actions are also added using text captions.
Learn how to create live captions in InDesign CS5, that use the data entered into the meta data of an image. Adobe Bridge can allow you to enter a description into the IPTC core data and then InDesign CS5 can access that and auto format it using Paragraphs styles.
