FrameMaker 11 publishes sample files from DITA Open Toolkit "out-of-the-box." Using other DITA editors, it can required a lot of work to design style sheets that will publish OTK to rich PDF. FrameMaker 11 allows you to save DitaMaps to a FrameMaker book "with components." This means that a cover page, generated TOC, Index, List of Tables and List of Figures is automatically inserted in the correct locations.
