This tutorial shows you how to use Adobe Acrobat Pro to add interactive elements to a rubric:
•check boxes for recording information,
•an automatically calculated score, and
•a submit button to send a copy of the completed PDF form to your email.
The first step shows you how to convert a rubric created in Microsoft Word into a PDF, though you could use any word processing program capable of exporting to PDF. This activity comes from the Adobe Professional Development Workshop, "Assessing Creativity in Today’s Classroom."
